Yoga with Silk Stretches – 7/11/2023

The aerial yoga hammock is a very versatile prop and it can be a lot of fun to explore creative ways to incorporate it into our yoga practice without getting off the ground. In this class are looking to deepen the practice through exploration of familiar poses with the aid of the silks. These classes end in a blissful savasana, cocooned in a hammock.
