Step away from the bitter cold of the midwest winter, set on the side the mundane responsibilities and escape to embrace the warm, ocean breezes, bright sun and healing waters of the Caribbeans for a 5 night, 4 day yoga retreat. We’re headed to an amazing Puerto Rican island for new elevated experiences with our beautiful traveling community! This retreat will combine yoga and meditation classes, a breathtaking location to love and explore, and a taste of the unique local culture.
It’s like a vacation, but one that leaves you fully refreshed, with deeply planted intentions to fulfill your clearly defined dreams.
Vieques Island is a Caribbean island located seven miles off of Puerto Rico’s eastern coast. It was love at first sight for our family and we returned to it twice in the last 7 months! It is the home of the world’s brightest Bioluminescent Bay, the largest natural wildlife refuge in the Caribbean, wild horses (!!!), and many options for adventures both on and off the water. The beaches of Vieques are constantly praised and ranked among the best in the Caribbean.
Isla de Vieques is the place where you can experience raw beauty, landscaped by nature alone, one of the few places of this kind that is free of heavy development. There are no chain hotels here, no franchise restaurants and no privately owned beaches. Each beach is different, with sand ranging from pure white to sparkling soft black. We cannot wait to share favorite places and inside secrets of this magic place with you!

RETREAT PRICING AND ROOM OPTIONS
The accommodations are inclusive of different budgets, ranging from dorm rooms with shared bathrooms and private rooms with private bathrooms and outdoor jacuzzi. The home is a stunning 7 bedroom hilltop house, overlooking the ocean, a two minute walk from the beach, in a quiet and secured residential area. This retreat is co-ed and open to couples.
DORM ROOMS: $1,425 – $1,555 (Deposit $600)
PRIVATE BED/BATH: $1,975 – $2,275 (Deposit $900)
COUPLES: $3,275 – $3,475 (Deposit $1,500)
The deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans available. The full amount is due no later than December 12, 2023. Payments will be taken by check or cash.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Yoga experience?
We welcome anyone, regardless of the yoga experience. This retreat is not about hitting “goals,” it is solely about unplugging and stepping away from your busy life and reflecting on ways to bring our dreams to life in 2024. Yoga will be used as a tool to reconnect to yourself.
Is a Passport required to travel to Puerto Rico?
Getting to and around Puerto Rico is easier than most think. NO passport required if you travel from United States. Even better, they use the same currency as the United States and the phone plans work with no additional roaming charges!
Is transportation included?
Transportation to Vieques is not included, but assistance will be given with the booking of flights and ferry. We will also help with the shuttle booking from the airport to the ferry. Transportation from the ferry in Vieques to our retreat home and back will be provided and included.
Can I come alone?
Solo travelers are welcome and encouraged. Unplugging sometimes means going on a solo-trip and you will absolutely have the space and time to make friends if you want to. If you are coming with a friend, just specify on your inquiry form so we can put you together in a room if you want.
How do I sign up?
The sign-up process is very simple. Once you decide you want to join in on this amazing experience, a deposit is required to hold your spot. You will then be sent a Registration From asking about dietary restrictions, room preference, etc). We will continue to frequently communicate with you to coordinate logistics along the way and answer any questions along the way.
