Aerial Yoga – All Levels – 3/26/2024

Previous Aerial Yoga experience REQUIRED to register for this class.

This class is one step above the beginner level. We start with basic stretches for upper body and legs and then go in inversions to achieve physical and mental decompression. By attending this class regularly, you will become more flexible, you will improve joint mobility and decompress the vertebrae of the spine without strain. This class is the most fun whole-body workout. Expect laughter, gaining more confidence in your abilities and discovering all sorts of dormant muscles in your body.
