Aerial Dance Spring Flow

If you love aerial and would like to try a sequenced flow that we will perform together to music, then come check this class out. This class is best for those with some aerial experience and those who are comfortable in the silk, including inversions. You will also benefit from the cardio aspect of this type of aerial practice.
