In search for relaxation during a hectic cerebral response to a new chaos?

Uncharted waters can be at times terrifying due to the unknown. Kerry will lead you through a Yoga Nidra session in which you will learn to see the still water and learn to navigate through the rough waters with clarity and intention.

Yoga Nidra is an extremely efficient technique to promote relaxation and restoration, a way to alleviate sleep issues, a great technique for people suffering of PTSD or anxiety.

Expect to spend close to an hour laying down in the comfort on your own home in a deep guided relaxation said by some to be up to four times more powerful than actual sleep for relaxing and rejuvenating the body and mind.
