Yoga for Stress Release with Essential Oils

Many people are turning to Yoga for stress management. According to multiple sources, including Mayoclinic, Psychology Today, and Yoga Journal, yoga can be very effective in reducing stress.
Yoga is a mind-body practice that can help you cope with stress and improve your overall health and fitness.
In this accessible to all Yoga class we will explore ways in which Yoga can provide stress management tools and we will introduce aromatherapy to enhance the feeling of relaxation and inner peace.
All participants will make and take a roller at the end of the class. You can chose between an Aches & Pains OR Immune Roller.
The Aches and Pains Roller is for any daily aches and pains and can be easily rolled on any area of concern.
The Immune Roller is for immune support to help our immune system do what it is supposed to especially during these winter months.
Pre-registration is required and it will end one day prior to the class to allow sufficient time to plan the supplies.
