Yin Yoga at the Wall

Yin Yoga is a slower and deeper style of Yoga in which poses are held for an extended period of time. Yin is good for strengthening joints, releasing fascia and building flexibility.

In this class, we are taking the Yin practice to the wall. We will essensialy use the wall as a prop and support as we work on hips, hamstrings and spine. This class will be deeply restorative.
