Curious about Aerial Yoga? Ever wish you could fly? Searching for an exciting new full body workout?

This class is for you!

During this Workshop you will get familiarized with the apparatus used in Aerial Yoga, learn how to safely move in the hammock, basic poses, and modifications, all at a slower pace than a regular class. The benefits of Aerial Yoga will be also discussed in this Workshop.

Aerial Yoga is a total body workout with amazing psychological benefits in addition to improving flexibility while easy on the joints and decompressing the spine, strengthening the core and upper body muscles and giving you a renewed perspective on your overall wellness approach.

Pre-registration is required and in most cases this workshop is a pre-requisite for joining a regular Aerial Yoga class.
