Aerial Yoga – All Levels – 10/1/2019

This class is one step above the beginner level. We start with basic stretches for upper body and legs and then go in inversions to achieve physical and mental decompression. You will also learn to fly, hold and balance in challenging yoga poses, become more flexible, increase joint mobility and decompress the vertebrae of the spine without strain. This class is the most fun whole-body workout. Expect laughter, gaining more confidence in your abilities and discovering all sorts of dormant muscles in your body.
Previous Aerial Yoga experience required to register for this class.
