Our natural energy flow can become stuck or stagnate creating obstacles in our life journey.  By cleaning our energy flow we can once again allow our energies flow naturally, we’ll be able to break the cycle of pain, frustration and anxiety. We’ll start to lead a more balanced, whole, and fulfilled life.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice, also called ‘yogic sleep’.

Relieving stress and tension, healing insomnia, improving performance and tuning in to your inner wisdom are only some of the benefits of regular yoga nidra. It is practiced lying down, eyes closed, as your instructor guides you through a systematic release of the ‘fight or flight’ mind and helps you access a state of ‘rest and digest’.

The active mind focuses so much on thinking and doing. With yoga nidra, you get a chance to sink into being and feeling. There you can integrate your busy life, harness the power of the subconscious mind and align your intentions with how you actually show up in life and on the mat.
