Morning Power Yoga 4/4

Power Yoga is a quicker practice, but equally accessible to everyBODY. In this class you will warm up all the muscles of the body and experience a feeling of freedom in your shoulders, hips, spine while we move faster though poses. It is great for strength training and getting the heart going. You will leave this class “blissed out”, feeling calm but with an extra little skip in your step.
All levels welcome, some Yoga knowledge recommended.
This class will run as a 4 week series every Wednesday morning in August.
