Moon Salutations and Nidra Event (Outdoor Private Lake location)

Kerry and Livia will be leading a full moon outdoor special event on a private lakefront property on Beaver Dam Lake. We will start with all-levels Moon Salutations. Compared to the well-known Sun Salutations, Moon Salutations have a grounding and calming quality. Moon Salutations still build heat, but in a fluid and slow-moving way. The practice will conclude with a moon nidra for deep relaxation.

Bring Yoga mat, blankets and pillows, eye coverings to get fully supported and comfortable during the Yoga Nidra part. In case of rain, this event will be rescheduled for a time during the weekend.
