Kids Yoga – Incredible You

Our amazing Beth will lead a discussion about the interconnectedness of our body systems and how we can use these connections to find more calm, focus, and cultivate kindness. We will carry this theme through a 30-minute yoga practice which will end with a short body scan meditation. The icing on the cake will be a canvas finger painting!
Yoga is great for helping kids improve their proprioception (sense of the body in the space), balance and focus, while the interaction with the other kids in a safe, calm and welcoming environment helps decrease stress, anxiety and behavioral issues.
Let you kid develop healthy routines for their body and mind and encourage self expression and creativity through a craft or activity included with each class.
