Gentle Gratitudes – Candlelight Yin Yoga

This is a time to slow down, turn inwards and express gratitudes that fill the heart to restore wellness!
Yin Yoga is a practice in which each pose is held for 2-5 minutes. This works the fascia and other connective tissues of the body, allowing you to find physical release. It can also be a practice of great introspection and inner release as well.
This class will help you feel relaxed, grounded, and you will leave the practice calm, focused, and connected.
