Big and Littles Partner Yoga 1/4

This is a four class series (June 20, 27, July 11 & 18).
Need a little one on one time that does not involve being strapped into the car seat or shopping cart? Feeling overwhelmed from too much sheltering on the home sofa? A “big” (read parent, step-parent, grandparent, caregiver etc.) and “little” yoga session is a way for an adult and child to connect in a healthy way, benefiting participants with physical flexibility, core strength, balance, energy regulation, mental, and emotional equanimity. Foster quality family time by introducing your little one to the lifelong activity of yoga. This class is recommended for 3-6, but accommodations may be made for younger tots and infants. Also, partner pose adaptations are available for school age children interested in attending.
This class is taught by Catherine Mangones. Catherine has been a YogaKids certified instructor and contributed to two Gaiam videos (Silly to Calm & My Body Knows the ABCs) and a chapter of Marsha Wenig’s “YogaKids: Educating the Whole Child” book.
Note: Class will get cancelled in case of bad weather and you will receive a reimbursement for the missed times. In case of cancellation you will get notified at least 2 hours in advanced via email and social media.
