Beginners Yoga Series 3/4

Time: 5:30 – 6:30pm
Cost: 4 weeks for $45
This 5 week Beginner Yoga Series is for the absolute beginner or the ones somehow new to yoga that are looking for a place to start. Participants will learn yoga poses that are appropriate for beginners in a welcoming and supportive environment. By the end of the program, participants will learn new ways to relax, increased flexibility and the ability to breathe with more depth and ease.
All are welcome to participate regardless of body shape, age or fitness level.
