Enjoy the benefits of turning inward and getting deep into yin asanas while enjoying essential oils that complement the poses.
Yin is a practice in which each pose is held for 2-5 minutes. This works the fascia and other connective tissues of the body, allowing you to find physical release. It can also be a practice of great introspection and inner release as well.
A variety of essential oils will be used in a number of ways to help you feel relaxed, grounded, and leaving the practice calm, focused, and connected.
