Aerial Yoga – Beginner Series 2/3

Whether you are a beginner looking to take your fitness to new heights or looking to strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body – this is a class for you! You do not need to have experience in the hammocks to start this series.

In this class we use the yoga hammock to help stretch deeper and gradually build upper body and core strength. We start with on ground conditioning using the silks to warm up the upper body and legs and then focus on mastering 3-4 Aerial Yoga poses each class.

DATES for the Series: March 4, 11 and 25.
